Manny Citron is the VP of Partnerships and Community Engagement for MACH2, the Mid-Atlantic Clean Hydrogen Hub. Prior to joining the hub in April 2024, Manny spent the last fourteen years in public service, first as a staffer at the PA house of Representatives, and then in a series of leadership positions with the City of Philadelphia. Most recently, Manny served as the Chief of Staff in the Philadelphia Department of Labor where his teams were responsible for worker protection and labor standards enforcement.
He lives and works in Philadelphia, and holds Master Degrees in Public Administration and City & Regional Planning from the Ohio State University.
